Staff profiles
Previous pageWBS staff profiles are created from data stored in a number of databases. If you find an error, you should contact the named individual for clarification in the first instance.
Where does my page come from?
If you are the person whose profile needs updating, the data comes from the following places:
- Photo
Photographs are updated each term from official staff portraits, organised by the MarComms team.
If you don't see a picture, you may need to grant permission first, via the profile section of my.wbs.
A preferred photo of the same dimensions may be uploaded to the Warwick eRA portal, My Profile General section.
- Job title, affiliation & qualifications
From the Warwick eRA portal, My Profile General section.
- Room & telephone data
Managed by WBS academic services.
A preferred telephone number can be recorded in the Warwick eRA portal, My Profile General section.
- Email address
Managed by ISSU, contact the helpdesk.
- Personal web page, biography, research interests, Twitter feed, LinkedIn profile, blog

- Research projects & publications
From the Warwick eRA portal, My Profile Projects, Conferences, and Publications sections.
- Teaching activity
From TAP for 2009-2010. This data is managed at group level; see your group secretary.
If you do not have a page, or if you are a faculty member with only contact data visible,
your University number, required to link to My Profile is missing/incorrect in the WBS HR database.
