Oliver works in WBS Executive Education on business development of customised learning solutions for clients.

He focuses on the generation and management of relationships with clients to design bespoke workshops and programmes delivered across organisations, helping deploy new learning solutions created in partnership with a leading business school. WBS Executive Education is driven by the teaching and research excellence of the school, to create impactful learning and development for clients and executives.

He leads on a number of B2B client projects, specialist industry rankings activity, programme market research, and building industry partnerships. He has experience of building programme portfolios, and helping organisations identify programme packages that can build capability to develop leaders and managers.

He is experienced in HE relationship management, having held multiple roles in company engagement across the University of Warwick and Warwick Business School.
