Stephen Samaha is the Houlden Executive Marketing Research Fellow for the Warwick Business School. His main research areas of interest relate to developing advanced empirical models for the testing, enhancing, and optimizing of marketing strategy as it pertains to growing more successful customer relationships. He currently lectures for WBS' Executive MBA program where he teaches specialized topics in marketing strategy. He is a reviewer for the Journal of Marketing and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and has published numerous research articles in top marketing journals. He has extensive work experience in the fields of education, consulting, telecommunications, and financial services. Prior to academia, Stephen worked as a senior analytics manager for Wells Fargo Bank, responsible for developing cutting-edge statistical models that were used to deepen and grow long-term relationships with customers. He holds a BS in finance from the University of Southern California, an MBA in marketing from UCLA, an MS in statistics from Stanford University, and a PhD in marketing from the University of Washington.
