Dr. Ye He is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy & International Business Group at Warwick Business School. She obtained her Ph.D. in International Management & Organization from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria in Canada.
Ye's research interest lies at the intersection of strategy, international business and sustainability, with a particular focus on stakeholder management and value creation of organizations. Her research seeks to understand whether, how, under what conditions, and the extent to which organizations create value for various stakeholders and contribute to sustainable development for local and global communities. Her work has received multiple awards including the Best Paper honour at the Academy of Management and a finalist for the Alan M. Rugman Most Promising Scholar Award.
Her research focuses on the role of multinational enterprises (MNEs) in society, including the international and sustainable strategies of MNEs in different institutional contexts, the motivation and outcomes of foreign direct investment (FDI), as well as the conditions that facilitate or impede the global diffusion of sustainable practices.
