Meet the Regional Chair: Navaz Dubash

Meet the Regional Chair for the India Alumni Network.

MBA alum Navaz is a lawyer specialising in ethics and compliance. She has over a decade of experience of advising organisations in a range of sectors from pharmaceuticals, renewables to media and consumer goods.

As part of her work, Navaz has advised organisations on a range of forensic services, enhanced ethics and compliance frameworks, and conducted training on subjects such as bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, and fraud. She has supported in-house and external legal counsel to review facts, provide support during interviews, and prepare evidence for representation in legal cases in India and overseas. 

Navaz also leads the services on prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace where she supports clients to develop policies, frameworks and training and guides a complaints committee.

Navaz says: “Warwick has a large number of alumni in India and like anything in India, navigating multiple geographies and specialisations is a challenge. Taking up this role as Chair is a great opportunity to contribute to the unification of the alumni community.

“I hope that during my time as Chair we are able to map and intrinsically connect alumni in a way that allows for seamless communication and networking. Further, the idea is to ensure that recent graduates from all disciplines have the opportunity to maximize their outreach and make the most of the Warwick brand and community.”
