Inspiring Women

We’re committed to working towards a more gender balanced future.

We’re breaking down the physical, cultural and mental barriers that women face, through our research, our education programmes, and our networks.

On our MBA and Executive Diploma programmes we offer additional scholarships to encourage women into leadership. These are aimed at women who can demonstrate business excellence and who can be inspiring role models for others. We are proud to be the first business school to have received the Athena SWAN Gold Award for improving gender equality.

WeAreTheCity was founded to help women progress and excel in their career, providing a free hub of resources of women in business including gender-related news, the largest women's network directory, awards and events. We partner with WeAreTheCity on the Rising Star awards, as well as providing a tuition fee discount for our Executive Diplomas and MBA programmes for their members, supporting WeAreTheCity in their mission to create opportunities for women to upskill and network across the globe.

The 30% Club is a global campaign led by Chairs and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity at board and executive-committee levels. We partner with The 30% Club to typically offer four successful Executive MBA candidates an exceptional award of 50% and an invite to attend and network at 30% Club mentoring programme events as a guest.
