Leadership for a Complex World

Your Experience

You will join us for two three-day workshops, where you will learn from the experts, expand your network, and leave feeling ready to implement your learning into the complex world we live in today.

Strategic projects in focus

Across the workshops, peer engagement, executive coaching and focusing on your strategic business challenges, you will develop insights, experiences and new skills drawn from the programme themes. You will be encouraged to build these into your specific set of tools to achieve impact for your personal leadership growth, and to deliver for your business.

Global business expertise

You will learn from Warwick Business School's passionate and engaging faculty, who will push, encourage and champion you to develop your thinking, resilience and leadership. You will also gain access to key business leaders as speakers, and as part of the wider WBS business network.

Experiential Learning

You will complete your programme with a discovery experience, where you will apply your learning outside of the traditional business environment. The purpose of discovery is to resolve complex business challenges through breaking unhelpful patterns of thought and seeking out more helpful, often contrarian, patterns. This will require participants to step outside of traditional zones of comfort and challenge their ways of thinking. Past discovery experiences have included visiting charity organisations, working with prison reform groups, and learning jazz and blues.

Global business expertise and impact

Participants join from countries across the globe, so you will experience a network like no other, with the opportunity to network and socialise with your cohort throughout the course of the programme. A cohort dinner will be held on night two of both workshops, allowing the opportunity to network in a social setting.
