Could you be using behavioural science to solve challenges in your organisation?
Human behaviour is at the heart of every business, and so understanding how to apply behavioural science theory and insights can have a real impact on your organisation.
You will explore a range of theories and methods that support the effective application of behavioural science in real-world settings, including Nudge Theory (a cost-effective framework that allows you to apply Behavioural Science insights), and develop an understanding of how the analysis of Big Data can add value back to your organisation.
Duration
This Postgraduate Award will run across four days of face-to-face teaching at our London base in The Shard, with a six week window to complete your assignments.
Structure
You will consolidate your learning with a reflective essay and case study, which will provide you with a report that you can take back and implement in your organisation.
What will you learn?
- You will develop key tools and frameworks that will enable you to apply your new knowledge back into your organisation.
- You will be able to identify ways in which you can apply behavioural science in your organisation, exploring valuable new uses for data you many already hold.
- You will be able to facilitate effective idea generation and evaluation within your organisation, to give you a real competitive advantage.
"This Postgraduate Award explores how nudge theories and behavioural insights can be effectively applied to real world problems. In particular, how organisations can use existing data and information to identify potential opportunities in the workplace and for consumers. It also examines the importance of effective measurement of the ongoing effects of behavioural nudges over time."
