Our Professors of Practice offer a wealth of knowledge, they are industry experts who can back up theory with their practical insights and experience. Here are some of the academics you may study with depending on your chosen modules:

Arie is an Associate Professor of Finance at WBS and the BSc Accounting and Finance Course Co-director. He has joined WBS in 2011. He has a PhD in Finance from Bocconi University, Milan. His academic work focuses on asset pricing and financial markets as well as international finance.  He is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy. He has developed modules at undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA and PhD levels.

Dr Arie Gozluklu Associate Professor, Course Director

Lisa is Senior Teaching Fellow and the BSc Accounting and Finance Course Co-director. She has a PhD in Accounting from Manchester Business School. Her academic work focuses on accounting information in managerial decision making and security valuation. Lisa has won an award for her outstanding contribution to PG teaching each year since 2016 at WBS. Lisa has developed modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prior to joining WBS, she held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Liverpool. Lisa is a certified public accountant in Taiwan.
