Juan joined WBS in 2019 as an Associate Professor in the Organisation and Human Resource Management group. Prior to that, he was a Senior Lecturer in Practice at the London School of Economics, Department of Management. Juan studied for his PhD at WBS and also has an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
