John Armstrong, CEO at The British Pipeline Agency

  • John's career in the energy sector has given him the experience leading teams handling big challenges, including extreme weather, protests, industrial accidents, and cyber incidents. 

Dr Penny Kechagioglou, Chief Clinical Information Officer at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust

  • Penny's research and professional interest is in healthcare innovation, digital health and leadership, completing a Doctorage degree in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Leadership in Healthcare.

Kate Davidson MBE, CEO at RoadPeace

  • Kate has experience in leading during the unprecedented circumstances of the pandemic, with has over 15 years' experience in the bereavement and end-of-life sector.
