The Strategic Mindset of Leadership

To begin you will explore how the BANI framework reshapes leadership in today’s world and build an understanding of how uncertain the business world is, and how this necessitates strategic leadership. The day will conclude with a chance to network with your cohort at a welcome dinner.

You'll take a deep dive into theoretical concepts that will be used to unlock your mindset, before looking at how you can apply this to business or organisation. You will dig into challenges from your own context with peers and work to reframe how you can lead and tackle these issues. The day will conclude with a guest panel in the evening.

You’ll explore leadership capabilities that will enable you to thrive in the world and look at how theory can be applied to leadership challenges.

This will take place on 4 December, after the first part of the programme has ended. The session will give you the opportunity to recognise achievements, failures, opportunities and challenges and explore how reflective leadership can lead to better decision-making and enhance leadership skills.
